Prices are billed annually. Fleets with more than 50,000 devices receive a custom quote. ## Add-on Pricing Add-on prices use the Production price for the selected fleet-size band as their base, even when added to an Enterprise plan. - Continuous vulnerability scanning: 15% of the base price, with a minimum of EUR 99/month or USD 115/month. Available on Production and Enterprise. - Extended retention: 10% of the base price for 180 days of total retention. Enterprise only. - Premium support: 20% of the base price, with a minimum of EUR 1,250/month or USD 1,500/month. Includes a four-hour response time, seven days a week. A device counts from the moment it first connects. Your billable fleet for a month is the highest number of registered devices in that month. ### What happens when my fleet grows past a band? You move up to the next band from the following month. There is no per-device overage charge, so bands step rather than accumulate and there is no arithmetic to do. If you are up to 10% over your band ceiling, you keep your band price. ### What happens when I decommission devices? Delete them and they stop counting from that month. Deleting a device also removes its history, so if you need to keep the data, keep the device. ### Is the 200 MB limit per device? No. It is pooled across your whole fleet. A 1,000 device fleet shares 200 GB a month, so a chatty gateway sitting next to a thousand sleepy sensors is never a problem. ### What if I exceed the ingest allowance? Nothing breaks and no data is dropped. Devices are the only thing we meter, so we never bill for data volume. If a fleet runs consistently over its pool we get in touch and usually recommend compact logging rather than sending you an invoice. ### Do you support SSO? You can sign in with Google, GitHub, or a Microsoft account on every plan. Enterprise adds SSO against your own identity provider, such as Entra ID or Okta, so access follows your directory. ### What if my device is not constantly connected to the Internet? Data is buffered on the device and sent to the cloud when connectivity returns. The buffer size is configurable. ### Does Spotflow work on constrained devices? Yes. The Spotflow SDK is designed for constrained devices, and its parameters can be tuned for devices with limited resources. ### Can I use Spotflow together with Bluetooth, Matter, Zigbee, or similar protocols? Yes. Spotflow can be used alongside any protocol. MQTT is currently supported for the final stage of transport. Contact Spotflow if you have specific requirements. ### Is Spotflow mature enough to use it on production fleets? Yes. Spotflow is still an early-stage company, but the platform is not unproven. Its architecture and engineering team come from Datamole, where the same people ran an industrial IoT platform with more than 100,000 devices in production for customers such as Lely and Agrifac. Spotflow runs on production fleets today, with defined uptime and delivery commitments. ### Where is my data stored? Spotflow runs by default in Azure's EU data centers. Enterprise customers can discuss other regions, a private instance, or deployment in their own environment. ### Can I self-host Spotflow? Most customers run on Spotflow's managed cloud. On Enterprise we also offer a private single tenant instance, or a deployment in your own environment. Both are quoted separately from your plan, so contact us to discuss it. ### Is my data secure with Spotflow? Yes. Data is protected in transit using TLS with selected secure cipher suites and encrypted at rest using AES.
